Foundations

Jesus teaches about building your house on a solid foundation. If our house of faith is not built on a solid foundation then eventually it will collapse. Simply put, the house will not stand the test of time, trouble, and persecution. This series is designed to help us build on a solid foundation. We will cover subjects such as: Why We Believe in God; Who is Jesus; How does the Holy Spirit Empower Believers; Why the Bible is Reliable; What Exactly is the Church; What Kind of Church is This?; What is Tithing?; and several other topics that will help us have a solid foundation. We will have inserts in Sunday Bulletins so that you can ask questions that you have about these topics.

This series begins on Wednesday July 10 at 6:30 P.M.

Location: Fellowship Hall
Instructors: Jim O’Banion, Dean
Soderstrom & Steve Knisley

Red Letters: Reading The Words of Jesus

Books have been written about Him. Movies about Him are some of the biggest grossing and popular movies of all time. All major religions claim Him in some form or fashion. But few know Him, I mean truly know Him. The best way to know the truth about Him is to start with Him and the words that He spoke. The teens are reading the words of Jesus; you know the red words. This is a great time to invite your children, grandchildren and neighborhood children to meet this Jesus. The teens are open and inviting to others as they read the red words.
